LEMON PIE Cooking class.

Last Cooking class, kids prepared Lemon Pie and they noticed how different ingredients can create a special dessert.

The ingredients are:
Condensed milk.
Evaporated milk.
Philadelphia cheese.
Marias cookies.
Lemon juice.

Mix the milks, cheese and lemon juice in the blender. Important: we added some color, that's why our mixture looks orange.

Lay cookies in a container.

Add the mixture...

Cookies again...

Mixture again...

More cookies...

Keep on until the mixture is over...

Keep the pie in the refrigerator for 2 hours at least.
Enjoy!

Haciendo conexiones.

Kids visited Parque de Educación Vial here in Mexico City. Kids discovered the different signs and their meaning on streets, so they keep themselves safe and remind their parents what they should and shouldn't do on street, walking or driving.

Kids are ready to drive in this picture:

Here, kids are waiting for the green light.

Oops, someone was in wrong lane...

Driving safe is fun!

The traffic light.

Receiving some lessons... Theory is good too.

Kids are young, but they get experience when their parents drive, so they share some.

Kids learn the correct way to cross a bridge.

At the end of the trip, kids were tired but definitely the had a good time and learnt what good citizens do to keep themselves safe and also their community.

Parents: Are you responsible on the streets? Do you keep safe yourself and your family?
